ORDER
This matter is before the court on Petitioner Motorola Solutions, Inc.’s Rule 17
Motion for Stay Pending Review. On June 11th, 2019, the Utah Court of Appeals
ordered a provisional and temporary stay pending the court’s review of the
administrative proceedings at issue in this case. After so ordering, the court of appeals
certified this matter to us.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Motorola’s Rule 17 Motion for Stay Pending
Review is denied. Accordingly, the court of appeals’ June 11°, 2019, stay is lifted. The
opinion of the Court will follow in due course.
