1. Deputization of identified OsMak employees to train under Makati Tobacco Task Force on April
18, 2018.
This is a half-day activity which will be held at Ospital ng Makati AVR from 8:00am to 12:00nn.
The participants will strengthen our drive towards Smoke-Free Osmak and shall be our front-
liners when violators are seen within the hospital premises.

2. Printing and posting of Anti-Smoking Posters.

The posters include warning signs and graphic posters which shall be posted on strategic
locations within the hospital, including the parking lots. Attached with this letter are the designs
to be printed, sizes of the tarpaulins and the intended locations for each.
I would like to ask for budget approval for printing as well. The estimated cost is about:
