materials on the way or in case of blocked trailer in traffic; M.C/Supplier
organises special transport to deliver safety stock of supplier.

Logistics and has to inform Supervisor

- Supervisor calls local company Barlow, to repair the forklift/reachtruck.
- Supervisor makes re-organisation to use the other ones to gain spare
time.
- Barlow changes forklift/reachtrucks in case of unrepairable failures at
the plant.

-In case of critical lead time to provoke MP or line stoppage, the MP


instructions at the above should be followed up in 3 shifts.

contact Despatch VLE during night shift for follow up MP. (See Contact
List)

send call off by e-mail
- IT March checks system with X25 EDI line service also, take related
actions in system, run MRP again.
