I. DESCRICIÓN GENERAL:
a) Communicative Approach. It develops communicative competence, which is based on a set of processes and linguistic,
interaction, cultural and strategic knowledge that learners of a language keep in mind to produce or understand speech
according to the situation and communication context.
b) Centered Action Approach. Adopted by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. It considers users
and students as members of a society who must carry out tasks individually or in groups using their specific skills to get a
particular outcome in a given context.
c) Intercultural Approach. Adopted in European contexts into a coherent curriculum framework between language and culture,
focusing on learning English as a foreign language, intercultural concepts such as attitude, ability to interpret, relate, discover,
interact, and critical consciousness culture.
d) Approach on the framework of CALL (Computer Assisted Language Learning). Supported by drivers of "technology as
a mediator" which conceive the virtual learning with materials focused on the student to interact individually, with practice
and repetition at the computer, online, physical network or workstation, digital slate, mobile and others. This is a great help
for teachers to facilitate English learning.
e) Brain Approach. This Approach is based on studies of the way the brain acquires language, and according to which is
configured as an automatic process subconscious, so acquire any language follows a similar process to acquire the mother
tongue. Knowles, in his theory "Hierarchical Recognition and Recurrent - RHR" holds that the brain recognizes patterns for
grouping and processing of language inputs in increasing fragments, which constitutes the basis for achieving Fluency in a
language and communication skills. The learning sequence is: Acquainted - recognition - understanding - practice - domain -
Review -automaticity.
