villages of Mopa (Part), Varconda (Part), Casarvanem (Part), Chandel (Part), Uguem (part) and
Amberem (Part), situated at Pernem Taluka (herein after referred to as the “said area” and
more particularly described in clause (A), in Column (1) of the Schedule hereto), to develop an
International Airport;

And whereas, the Goa Town and Country Planning Board recommended to declare the said
area as a Planning Area and the Government of Goa vide Notification No. 36/
/1/TCP/280/2018/219 dated 31-01-2018, published in the Official Gazette, Series I No. 44 dated
01-02-2018, declared the said area as a “Mopa International Airport Planning Area”;

And whereas, the Goa Housing Board is the owner and in possession of the land admeasuring
