SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, spouses: TONY M. SANTOS AND NORA B. NOBLEZA, of legal age, Filipino,
resident and with a postal address at Calipayan, Sta. Ignacia, Tarlac, do hereby NAME,
CONSTITUTE and APPOINT, MARYCEL VENTURA GARCIA, of legal age, Filipino, married, a
resident of and with postal address at Birbira, Camiling, Tarlac as true and lawful Attorney-in-fact,
for us and in our name, place and stead, for our own use and benefit, to do and perform all or any of
the following acts and things pertaining to the transfer of ownership or title covered by TCT NO.
321674, TCT NO. 321675, TCT NO. 321676 AND TCT NO. 321677 to wit:

1. To transact to all government offices such as BIR, Municipal Assessor’s Office, Provincial
Treasury Office, DAR Office and Registry of Deeds and other offices pertaining to the
transfer of my torrent title.
2. To file application, submit requirements, sign and receive the Original Documents relative to
the transfer of ownership.
3. To get or obtain required documents by the BIR such as Certified True Copy of Title and Tax
Declaration, Tax Clearance, Landholdings, Death Certificate, Birth Certificate, and Marriage
Certificate/Contract from the Local Civil Registrar; and by other government offices relative
to the transfer of ownership.
4. Generally, to do and perform all and every act and thing which may be necessary in the
exercise of the foregoing powers.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said Attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, and necessary to be
done as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally presents, and
hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said Attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do by virtue of these
presents.
