TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Terms of Payment
An invoice will be raised upon the candidate commencing employment / work with the
Client’s Company and the invoice is payable within forty five (45) days of that date. Acharya
reserves the right to charge interest at the rate of 1% per month on overdue accounts. We
require a copy of the appointment letter, or salary details of the candidates, in order to raise
our invoice. This should be made available to us latest on the date of the candidate joining
the Clients Company.

5.1 -10 years of experience 12.5% of annual CTC
10+ years of experience 15% of annual CTC
Annual Cost To Company includes Basic salary and all compensation components mentioned in
the offer letter & all retirement benefits (PF etc)
Replacement Guarantee
Should a selected candidate voluntarily leave his / her position with the customer for
performance reasons, other than redundancy, relocation of the work site, or a change in job
description within the first three (3) months of the original start date, Acharya will endeavor
to provide a suitable replacement candidate at no additional cost under its replacement
guarantee. Our replacement guarantee is only applicable if the Client has settled our invoice
according to the payment terms stated above. A replacement guarantee period does not
apply to a replacement candidate.

Client Obligation
1. In the Client Requirement Brief, a clear and comprehensive description of the
requirements it seeks in a potential candidate. This would include description of the
position for which recruitment is sought, person and qualification specifications, relevant
organization details, CTC bracket per position, etc, as is necessary for Acharya to
effectively perform its obligations under this Agreement
2. Give to Acharya true, fair and accurate information about itself to be furnished by
Acharya to the potential candidate.
3. Intimate Acharya within 48 hours of receiving the bio-data of a potential candidate if the
Client is already in possession of or has already considered the bio-data of the said
candidate.
4. Exercise abundant care and caution in handling the bio-data and information provided to
the Client by Acharya - such that - no unauthorised use or misuse is made of the same.
5. Upon recruitment of a potential candidate, intimate the fact of such recruitment to
Acharya and hand over a copy of the Appointment Letter within 7 days of the issuance of
the Offer Letter.
1. Client Requirement Brief details communication from the Client stating the
requirements of the Client, including description of the position for which
recruitment is sought, person and qualification specifications, relevant organization
details, CTC bracket per position, etc, as is necessary for Acharya to effectively
perform its obligations under this Agreement.
2. Acharya shall not be held liable for any inadequacies or inaccuracies in information
(as provided to Acharya by Client to be communicated to the potential candidates) as
provided to or understood by the potential candidates.
Confidentiality of Information
This Agreement shall come into force and effect from the date as mentioned below and shall
remain in effect for a period of 1year from such date. Any departure from the terms as
specified in this contract for a new position will necessitate the drawing of a new contract for
that new position. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have caused this Agreement to be
executed by and through their duly authorized representatives as of the date written herein
