Marketing Analytics Consultant – Analytics Quotient

Analytics Quotient, part of Kantar Analytics, is seeking a Marketing Analytics Consultant with analytics
consulting experience that is looking for the next step in their analytics career journey (location:
London/Reading). We’re searching for a passionate consultant who can work with multiple clients to
recommend analytical solutions for a mix of marketing analytics and data management projects (data
harmonization & visualization). Behind the scenes, you’ll partner with resources from our off-shore team,
brief them on client needs, track projects and deliver that work to the client. You’ll also have the
opportunity to contribute to revenue growth and cross-Kantar solution development.

KEY OUTCOMES

As a Marketing Consultant, you will…


Project Execution –
 Provide capability consulting directly to end clients across brands to deliver a point of view into the design
and development of marketing analytics, data management & data visualization projects.
 Gather and build client requirements and work with our offshore delivery team to execute and achieve
timeline, budget and quality goals of the engagement.
 Work hands-on on client requests for quick turnaround

Client Management –
 Lead communication and interaction with our clients to grow and strengthen all aspects of an engagement
 Facilitate ideation, briefing & delivery between clients and on-shore/off-shore delivery teams
 Present findings in a way that addresses not only the data, but the business implications of the identified
information
 Collaborate and build upon established relationships with clients and across Kantar portfolio of companies
to provide all-inclusive data solutions.

CAPABILITIES

To succeed, you will need:


 2+ years of experience in Marketing Consulting /Marketing Analytics with some exposure to client
management. Minimum Bachelor’s degree, MBA qualification desirable; CPG industry experience is a plus
 Proven experience in different marketing data sources, understanding of right data measures, applying
analytics/consulting frameworks and understanding brand implications that can answer business questions
 Structured thinking to deal with ambiguous/open ended briefs
 Comfort in proposing/presenting to marketing and/or insights audiences, experience in brand building
preferred.
 Managing large scale analytics projects or engagements would be a plus.
 Strong project management skills and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced
environment
 Familiarity with Business Intelligence & Visualization solution design, and bespoke software development
process
