blogs, and other Internet sites like LinkedIn, Naukri, Facebook to find information
on candidates.

 Topic : A Study on Employee Satisfaction

 Organization: J K Tyres Pvt Ltd.

 Brief Description of Report: A brief study conducted through a questionnaire by

interacting with employees . The questions covered important factors such as
working conditions, compensation policies, leave policy, accidents policies, and
welfare facilities. The study resulted in 86% employees satisfied with their current
job. 6% employees were of opinion to increase in base pay scale. 2% employees
were highly dissatisfied with work conditions and accidents policies.
