SECTION 1: All of that portion of the public
alley lying East of the easterly
right-of-way line of the Chica~o and North Western Rail~ay

Company, ana also that portion of the public ~lley lying

South nf the easterly right-of-way line of sdid railway comp~ny

~orth of Lake Street and West of Oarrow Avenue, and legally

described as -
Th~t portion of the sixteen (16) foot public
alley lying east of the eas~erly right-of-way
line of the Chicago and ;[nrth Western H.ailway
Company, and north of and adjoining Lots 21
and 22 in Rlock 2, ~rown and Culver's Addition
to Evanston; and th~t rortion of the sixteen (16)
foot public alley lying south of the easterly
right-of-way line nf the Chicago and North
Western Kailway Company and west of and adjoining
Lot 5 and part of Lot 4 in 91ocy. 12, Hinman's
Addition to Evanston, all in the S.E.~ of Section
13, Township 41 N., Range 13 ~ast of the Third
Principal ~eridian in the City of Evanston,
Cook County, IllinOis,
as cross-hatched and indicated by the word!: "HEREBY VACATED"
on the Plat hereto attached, which plat for greater certainty
is hereby made a part of this ordinance, be and the same is
hereby vacated and closed, inasmuch as the same is no longer
required for public ~se ~nd the rublic will be subserved by
such v~cation, provided howeve~, that said vacation shall be
subject t9 any public ~tilities rresently installed or located
therein, together with right. of egress and ingress for main-
tenance of the same.
