Subject: Heavy mental stress – Intolerance in Haryana Khadi & VI Board.

Greetings,

It is humbly submitted that:

1. I was posted as 6 District along with Consignment In-charge without overtime –

compassion with head quarter at Rewari.
2. I have came Consignment at Faridabad after my official duty hours as heavy
vehicles entry in Faridabad, allowed after 7.00 PM every day, Consignment earned
5% service charge and in the interest of Board, I served after my duty hours
without HQ at Faridabad.
3. The Stock Keeper received all his service benefits after retirements, whereas he was
duty bound to look after his stock, he is responsible for loading materials.
4. As per Board decision, I lodged FIR No. 37 with Faridabad Central Police Station,
against Stock Keeper with Transporter.
5. Board asked Police to lodge FIR describing the facts and direct the Sterilite to
release the amount valued 138 Kg copper.

Why my gratuity portion withheld ?, only for harassment, heavy mental torture for long
time, due to malpractices, double standards, delay tactics I have major stroke in my mind
and under treatment with AIIMS, in past Ganga Ram Hospital, Board official are
responsible, Now I want 100 crore compensation with 18% interest on my gratuity portion
along with over time and compensation as In charge of Consignment.

It would be pertinent to mention here that during my tenure as In-charge, Board earned
big amount as service charge, whereas Sterilite issued appreciation on my working and
reasons needs investigation why Sterilite withdraw dealing with Board ?
