WIDOW/LEGAL HEIR TRANSFER PROCEDURE

Collect Transfer Document Set from Transfer & Record Dte. Reception
1. Widow/legal heir Transfer Application to the Administrator DHAI-R

2. Application for membership/Associate membership of the legal Heirs(s).


 Two passport size colored photographs of the legal heir (s) / Widow in whose name(s) the plot is
being transferred.

 Attested copy of CNIC of all legal heir(s) on form B (for minors) and witnesses

3. Original Allotment Letter & Allocation Letter

4. Affidavit(s) by legal Heirs for surrender of his/her (their) rights in the property in favour of widow or
any one among legal heirs on stamp paper of Rs. 50/-(each) for provincial and Rs.20/- for Capital
territory along with 1 x copy duly signed and attested by oath commissioner.

5. Undertaking by the Widow/legal heir for additional charges, dues and taxes on stamp paper of
Rs.50/- on provincial territory and Rs.20/- on capital territory duly attested by Oath Commissioner
 In Case of joint Legal Heir / Widow Transfer each Transferee should give an undertaking on
separate judicial stamp paper of Rs.50/-for provincial Rs.20/-for capital territory along with an
affidavit that transferee shall be available at the time of transfer of plot.

6. Death Certificate / Succession Certificate / Declaration Decree

7. If at the time of legal heir / Widow transfer, any legal heir of deceased is a minor than;

 His / Her name should be incorporated on allotment letter.

Request Approval from Higher Management

Request for Statement of dues & NDC (signed by the widow/legal heir)

 Attested copy of allotment letter

 Attested Copy of CNIC’s of widow/legal heir

 Authority letter (if widow/legal heir are not available)

Finance Desk intimates the dues (2-3 hrs)

After payment of all dues NDC issued (24-48 hrs)

Time & Date given by Legal Desk for Transfer of Plot

After transfer widow/legal heir will collect his/her Allotment Letter on given date.
