______

Dear ______:

We are writing on behalf of our client, T______. This is in connection with the delivery of
PVC pipes at the Park View construction site in the ______.

In your Bid Proposal dated ______agreed to by our client, a copy of which is hereto
attached as Annex “A”, it clearly stated under item II, sub-category A-1.0 that “B.I.
Pipes Sched. 40”, and “100 Ø”, respectively (hereinafter, “Pipes”), were to be
delivered to our client for the agreed upon amount. However, the pipes actually
delivered to the construction site as aforementioned do not correspond to the technical
specification stated therein.

According to the IPS system, which you used as the basis of measurement in the
agreement, a Schedule 40 pipe with an internal diameter of approximately 100mm
should have at least, a wall thickness of 6mm. Unfortunately, the actual pipes that were
delivered to our client only had a wall thickness of approximately 2mm. Attached hereto
are photographs and measurements of the actual pipes delivered to our client as
Annexes “B-series”. As the materials intended to be purchased are clearly specified,
our client is entitled to a replacement of the items erroneously delivered in the Clark
site.

Given this scenario, ______, in good faith and to preserve good business relations,
would like to request for the replacement of the erroneously delivered pipes for the ones
agreed upon by the parties.

We trust your immediate action on this request.

Thank you very much.

Very truly yours,

ATTY.
