PART 1: GENERAL DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a developer that can create a web-based application for us; where we can
have several social networks connected. Each set of social network will have unique IP and
browser: for example, linked-in, facebook; twitter created for Mr. A will all have a different IP;
from those of Mr.B, to avoid IP issues and blocking of accounts; and will also have a unique
browser, so that they are always logged in. The networks mentioned are the most popular;
however, there will be many others. Each set will be tied strictly to an account, a unique IP & a
browser.

What is a set? It is all the networks in one account. Let us take an account belonging to James
Elise; in this account, you have Facebook, Twitter, Linked-in and others. If there are 100
different social networks we are creating accounts for, then James Elise account will have 100
different social-networks - that is a set.

PART 2: ACCOUNT CREATION

Anyone should be able to go into the system and create an account; that is the way we will
create several. However, only admin can delete, change or modify any information on the
accounts.

PART 3: AUTOMATION

The accounts will be automated: That is they should be able to make friends, accept friends
request; followers, connections, etc.

PART 4: MARKETING
They should be able to randomly but intelligently share URLs that get inputted into the systems.
A list of URLs to be marketed will get added into the system, and the accounts are to carefully,
systematically and organically share these URLs; that is to mean that spamming of any kind is
not accepted; therefore it has to be an intelligent web-based application.

PART 5: SELLING VIDEOS

We plan to sell videos on www.udemy.com; skillshare.com & Udacity.com.

We already have a lot of students and subscribers. We want to enter their details into the
system and use them to write/submit reviews for our videos automatically. Register for our
