Installation Instructions

Included in 8' W x 6' H Wall System:

1 - 97-7/8" Top Rail
1 - 97-1/4" Bottom Rail Tools Needed:
1 - 72" Left Side Standard Level
3 - 72" Middle Standards Stud Finder
1 - 72" Right Side Standards Screw Gun with 5/16" Nut Driver
4 - 24" x 72" Pegboard Phillips Screw Driver
5 - 1/4-20 x 1-1/4" Phillips Bolt
10 - #12 x 2" Hexhead Tapping Screw
10 - Flat Washer

Step 1. Using a stud finder, locate studs on the wall the system is to be mounted.
We have found the Franklin Professional stud finder to be the best one on the market.
We have them available on our website, or go to www.franklinsensors.com.
Step 2. Mark top rail location, make sure it is level. Then
screw to wall using the enclosed tapping screws and washers.

NOTE: SCREWS MUST BE SECURLY FASTENED IN STUDS.

Step 3. Insert left and right standards into top rail.

Step 4. Fasten the standards to the bottom rail with

the enclosed phillips head bolts.

Step 4. Using a level, plum each standard,
then mount the bottom rail to the wall with
the enclosed tapping screws and washers.

Step 5. With the bottom rail secured to the wall, remove the right standard.

Step 6. Place pegboard into the slot on the left standard, then place a middle
standard onto the top railing, making sure the pegboard is in the u-channel.
Attach the standard to the bottom rail with with a phillips head bolt.

Step 7. Continue mounting the remaining pegboards and standards

as described in Step 6.

Step 8. The wall is now ready for accessories to be mounted.
