Barangay Certificate of Calamity

To whom it may Concern:

This CERTIFY that this Barangay is one among the City of Las Piñas in the
Metropolis that have suffered from a typhoon named “Typhoon LANIE &
MARING” which is reported the cause due to the low-pressure area in which rain
waters flooded part of this barangay, which was experienced last September 12,
2016 and caused damages to the house and property of KIER KEANO
BANTIGUE including his High School academic card which was totally wet out.

Issued this 9th day of May in the Year of our Lord Twenty Thousand
and Eighteen at the Council of Brgy. Talon Uno, Las Piñas City, Metro Manila,
Philippines upon the request of Applicant himself, attesting among others of the
bad effect of the said typhoon and its present weather condition.

 This CERTIFY that this Barangay is one among the City of Las Piñas in the
Metropolis that have suffered in the recently “Typhoon Gorio” and the present
rain due to the low-pressure area in which rain waters flooded part of this
barangay.

Damaged have been reported affecting their clothing and other personal
belonging especially the school books of her children tending in school.

After the math, it has been reported that the major portion of the house
located near the creek area of this barangay and houses therein have been
victimized and was damaged by the said calamity.
