Prosecution of Detective Joseph Smith, who did in fact commit Perjury in the tainted and
abusive Prosecution of one Darrell Jones.

This is precisely my point. Your office has no logical or principled explanation

as to why it would not pursue criminal prosecution for a criminal act;
i.e. committing Perjury in a homicide case.

You just do whatever you feel like doing.

I write you as a former law enforcement attorney and independent journalist to inform you of this very
direct, simple request:

1. All Felony non-homicide cases assigned to Jessica Kenny as of 1 January 2019.

2. All homicide cases assigned to Jessica Kenny as of 1 January 2019.
3. All Felony non-homicide cases assigned to Jessica Kenny as of 11 June 2019.
4. All homicide cases assigned to Jessica Kenny as of 11 June 2019.
5. A copy of Jessica Kenny’s employment application.
6. Any and all citizen complaints issued regarding Jessica Kenny from her initial day of
employment with the office to present.
7. Any and all internal affairs investigations of Jessica Kenny from her initial day of
employment with the office to present.
8. Any and all job evaluations, including any and all self and peer evaluations of Jessica Kenny
from her initial day of employment with the office to present.
9. Any document that indicates Jessica Kenny’s salary at all points in time of her employment.

And thank you for your reply.

I see that Jessica Kenny got a pay raise and market adjustment from Senior DA Timothy Cruz a year before she entered the Darrell Jones case.
I'm certain she will continue to "earn" such increases because she embodies the beat-down modus operandi set down from Cruz himself.

At this point it appears that the Commonwealth has actually provided documents as required by Law, unlike my last inquiry on the case when I
demanded information from the States purported Expert Witness. The one who took a powder before his scheduled Court appearance
at taxpayer expense.
