It begun with a vision, a vision of unparallel progress and unmatched excellence true to the spirit
of the era! November 7th 1959, Pakistan witnessed an event that would change the way we
banked forever. It was not just the inauguration of UBL’s first branch at I.I. Chundrigar; it was

Performance Cycle
A Performance Cycle refers to the year for which your performance is being evaluated. The
Performance Cycle of MAP is one year coinciding with UBL financial year. MAP consists of
three key phases
1. Performance and Development Planning
2. Mid-Year Review
3. Final Review
Company create positive competition between the employees by rewarding them with
compensation and by rewarding the employee of the month award. Company gave job
description properly to the employees so they can work smoothly
SUGGESTIONS
Proper training program should be conducted about the E-Map system for the new
trainees.
Whenever there are any changes in the KRA‟s the executives should be informed about it
in advance.
Some personality development trainings should also be provided apart from mere job oriented
training
