thinks about your sensorial sensations and you believe with these feelings in a catastrophic way
you put on your sympathetic system in alert, these system release a lot of hormones like
noradrenaline, cortisol and adrenaline because your brain interpret you are in real danger. Then
you may be interpreting in a distorter way your own sensations, thinking “what happened to my
“maybe I dying “.

Here is when you feel your losing control and perhaps you make hyperventilation, this produce
symptoms like vanish, dizziness, dry mouth, palpitations.

Today I fight with my fears to deals my life problems. One of this problem is my relationship with
my professors. I don’t know how to connect with them.

I’m believe I don’t like too much to them. I don’t not what to do. But I’m need to finalize my
career and for do that I’m need to face with my fears. How going to do that?

anxious situations with relaxing technique like to breath deeper and slowly or visualizations.
