It may be tedious and may sound super hassle when you are planning to apply for any
Government ID. There are several factors that we consider that makes up the entire
process an excruciating pain in the neck. The Distance and Location of the Government
Facility such as the PRC Central Office, the Traffic, the Money, and the Requirements
you need to complete are the factors you seriously have to consider when visiting the said
office.

I’m sure you don’t want to go back and forth just because you miss a certain requirement
for the said document. I know you want to experience a hassle-free process especially in
getting your License. Thus, I want to give you everything you need to know before doing
all the runarounds.

How to get there:
Ride a Train going to Monumento/Roosevelt or in any LRT1 station near you. Get off at
UN Avenue.
Ride a Jeepney with a sign “Quiapo Espana” or “Cubao Espana”. To make sure, ask the
driver if it passes Nicanor Reyes St. or also known as MORAYTA. Ask then to drop you
off there.
Once dropped off, you will see a Blue Building, you just have to cross the road and you
will immediately see it. A flock of students usually in uniform are also going there.
How to get your Professional ID Card/ License:

1. For your Initial Registration, you must first visit the PRC Website ( prc.gov.ph ).
At the left side of your computer screen, you will see REGISTRATION
eSERVICES. Click “Initial Registration”. Select Central Office.
2. Kindly Register all your information in the required fields. Once you are signed
up, you will be asked to upload a 2×2 ID Picture.

Remember: ID Picture should not be wearing eyeglasses.


Ears should not be covered.
The file should be below 1mb.
3. After completing the online registration, your OATH FORM is now ready. A
REFERENCE CODE will be shown. Take note of that because it will be presented
to the Cashier Window.
4. Print out now your OATH FORM.
5. Once in the PRC Central Office, proceed to Window 33 (Cashier Window) to pay
the Baccalaureate Fee of Php. 1,050.00. Keep your Receipt.
6. You can now proceed to Window 12 in the PRC Main Building (right side upon
entrance).
7. Submit your OATH Form to Window 12. And you will be informed to wait to be
called.
8. Once called, the officer will give you the PROFESSIONAL’S REGISTRY
SHEET and your REGISTRATION RECORD CARD. You will be instructed to
fill out the given forms.
9. You will also be intructed to write your Name, Profession, License Number and
the Sequence Number in your Brown Envelope.
10. Then you can now proceed to Windows 8 and/or 9 to submit all the necesssary
requirements (the brown envelope and the forms filled up) and to affix your
thumbmark.
11. You will be given a claim stub that shows the release date of your license. (It’s
usually 3-5 working days)

How to get your Certificate of Board Rating and Board Passing:

1. Ask for an Action Sheet regarding the desired documents upon entrance at the
PRC Central Office.
2. You need to fill out the said form and pay Php. 75.00 each/ certification for
Regular Processing (3-5 working days) or Php. 200.00 for Express Processing (1-2
hours upon application) to either Window 1 or 2 in the PRC Main Building.
3. Photocopy your License ID, or if you do not have the ID yet, you can just
photocopy your PRC ID Application claim stub.
4. Submit it to Window F for Regular processing or Window E for Express
Processing.
5. You will be given a claim Stub then you can wait for the release date.

Important things to Know/ Consider:

1. If you don’t know your NOTICE OF ADMISSION Number which is a necessary


information in fillling out your OATH FORM, you can visit the PRC Central
Office then proceed to 3rd Floor of PRC ANNEX BUILDING. Ask the guard to
assist you on which officer to approach. Tell them the reason for the said loss of
NOA. You will be asked to present a VALID ID then they will just give you your
NOA number.
2. If you haven’t take your Oathttaking, you can still apply for your License.
A. Take note that after paying for the Baccalaureate Fee in Window 33, do not
proceed to Window 12 of PRC Main Building just yet. Instead, proceed to the
2nd floor Legal Division of PRC Main Building.
B. You will be paying Php. 50.00 for the stamp needed in your Oath Form and
you will be directed to the Attorney’s Office where you need to personally
state your Oath.
C. After that, your Oath Form will be signed by the Attorney. Then, you can
proceed to Window 12.
3. If you are years late in your initial application of License, do not be worry. You
will be asked by the Window 12 officer to write down in a white bond paper the
reason for the said delay of application as well as a photocopy of 2 Valid IDs.
Those documents will be attached in your Oath Form once you submit it in
Window 12.
4. Use Black Ballpen, only.
5. Worst Case Scenario: If you do not have the needed requirement for the ID
Application such as Passport ID Picture or if you have forgotten to do an Online
Registration, need not to worry. There are a lot of stores in front of the PRC
Building who can assist you in completing all of your requirements, from online
registration to ID Pictures up until to purchasing a short brown envelope. Metered
Documentary Stamps are also available inside the PRC Central Office.
6. Do not bring a companion such as your relative or your friend, especially if they
do not have a business inside. The guards won’t let them enter.
