Dear People,

It is true that we are in a new, kinder reality where we "own up" to the fact that we, humanity,
are "transcendent beings" and we start to wind down the Banking Cartel and remove the
centuries and milennia of corruption in the world's money. This is a very big transition. As
the lawyer for the world's gold and other wealth, including $2 quadrillion in bonds owed by
the Banking Cartel that Ferdinand Marcos and José Rizal deposited in the Global Debt
Facility at the World Bank and International Monetary Fund, I am supposed to try and
explain to you what is going on. The first thing I have explained to you is that I am getting
alot of help from a coalition that includes the world's military powers, and that we are all
working together peacefully.
The Banking Cartel and the Black Nobility at the center
of the Banking Cartel are not accepting this kinder
reality very gracefully. The fact is, they have no real
choice. Reality is reality. In the last week things have
accelerated. I am going to try and summarize what
happened this last week. I report these developments in
my social media.
As I have told you, since what we are all working on is
unprecedented, and on a vast scale, things are very
confusing. I am learning on the job, and it is all of
humanity that is trying to teach me. Four days ago,
Josue Digap sent me an email, telling me that the
Banking Cartel was trying to sell jewels that do not belong to them.
The Banking Cartel wants us to remain confused, so that they can start WWIII, and divide us
so that we fight one another. We do not need to fight each other or the Banking Cartel or the
Black Nobility. It is clear that they have no claim to the assets in the Global Debt Facility.
These jewels that Rodrigo Duterte is trying to auction off belong to all of humanity, and
cannot be sold without the agreement of the Board of Governors (and Development
Committee) at the World Bank and IMF. I represent the US shares on the Board of
Governors, as Overseer Mandate Trustee. I hold this position until all of the people have
cleaned up their corrupt and illegitimate governments. Duterte is not the real President of
the Philippines. I am going to show you that the Philippines is really listed on the stock
exchange as a corporation. I am also going to show you at the end of this Tweet how the
politics in the Philippines has been corrupted by the CIA and the Banking Cartel.

You and I know, of course, why the Gringos are here and
refuse to go away. That is not mentioned in this beautiful

(was she not a colleague of the writer of the attached article
on Duterte?) Karen Hudes* to find out that the Global Debt
Facility - the gold backing of the mighty dollar - is buried in
the Philippines and "guarded" by the Americans. Former Head
of the CIA and President Fidel V. Ramos, in charge of
recovery of huge gold treasures in younger days, kept saying:
"Gold? I don't know what you are talking about." Innocent
Filipinos, of course, believed him. How could they not? In
1992, they voted Imelda to President (52% of the votes).
After 3 months of hard work, Ramos was placed on 23%
(against 22% of faked runner-up Miriam) to win from his
original 1.5%. Repeat for non-believers: 1.5% Ramos for
President. Explanation: He had a deal with the CIA in 1986 to
join Enrile and fake a military revolt. EDSA ONE. The rest is
history as they say. Unfortunately, that is the history of the
Americans, not the history of the Philippines.
