In the name of Allah, the most beneficial, the most compassionate. By His grace, I have successfully
completed the report of “Khan’s Collection”.

This report was an assignment in E-commerce & Digital Marketing course and was supervised by
knowledgeable teacher Ma’am Resham Rajper. Her guidance and supporting hand made this report
possible. I am grateful to her for providing us an opportunity to learn the sensible approaches
throughout this course. I am gratified to him for being available at odd hours to direct me when we had
problems ahead of us. This report is the culmination of over two months of intensive work. This initiative
and the report would not be possible without the help of several individuals.

And in the end, I extend a special appreciation to each individual participant who helped one another
during conducting this report.

INTRODUCTION

KHAN’S COLLECTION has the latest fashion and creative styling and cuts of each dress. Our online portal
caters to all women clothing needs offering ready to wear and unstitched dresses.

Fashions are up to date and even ahead of what is in style, providing customers a great assortment of
casual and dress wear for those who consider themselves in the know with fashion. It offers the
customer an opportunity to shop by brand or by category, making it easy to navigate and find what you
need or what you simply must have

we understand that style and fashion are a vital part of your lives and so we strive to bring it to your
doorstep in the easiest possible way. Our motto has always been to provide excellent quality and
service.

Display Advertising

Display advertising is advertising on websites, apps or on social media through banners or other ad
formats made of text, images, flash, video and audio. The main purpose of display advertising is to
deliver general advertisements and brand message to site visitors.
Going through the process of putting up a banner ad on the Display Network we consider different factors
not just the image. After weighing all standard sizes that are available for display ads, we select two
standard sizes that are “300 * 250 – Medium Rectangle & 728 * 90 – Leader Board”

After analyzing statistics of both images, we decided to go ahead with Leader Board & Medium
Rectangle, the reason behind selecting these two sizes is the balance between impression and click
through rate.
Affiliate Marketing

Affiliate marketing is the process of earning a commission by promoting other people’s (or company’s)
products. You find a product you like, promote it to others and earn a piece of the profit for each sale
that you make.

Responsive ads

Responsive ads can be defined as which ads or posts receive most of the response.

For “Khan’s Collection” we made different ads and post them on different timings to check the
response.

RESPONSIVE ADS ON INSTAGRAM
Social Media Platform

For promoting our brand “Khan’s Collection” we worked on two platforms that is; Facebook and
Instagram. The reason behind focusing these platforms is that 86.23% and 2.33% people use Facebook
and Instagram respectively.

INSTAGRAM

Instagram is well suited to fashion brands and is unrivalled as a means to reach millennials. It is crucial to
establishing an online identity and presence. Instagram makes it easy to generate hype and create
demand around your brand by using mostly Hashtag & Ephemeral Content. Gone are the days of overly
polished product shots and blatant advertisements being pushed in consumers’ faces. Instagram
facilitates influencer marketing to help brands better reach their target demographic through
trustworthy voices. Keep in mind, customers follow their favorite fashion brands on the app in order to
not only connect with them, but to look to them as a source of inspiration, and as a means of staying on
top of trends. Instagram is a necessity: if your customers are not following you, they’re following
someone else.
FACEBOOK

The main goal of Facebook is to provide “meaningful interactions” among its users, but in fact, it’s a
great opportunity for fashion brand! The trick is to present your Facebook fan page as a meeting place
for your target audience. Showing off your newest collection is a great start but think more outside of
the box. You can Promote your brand by joining groups, bots for fashion brands on Facebook, stories,
hashtag and much more.

Conclusion
Social media marketing, or SMM, is a form of internet marketing that involves creating and sharing
content on social media networks in order to achieve your marketing and branding goals. Social media
marketing includes activities like posting text and image updates, videos, and other content that drives
audience engagement.
