I have always been asked ¨What do you want to be¨ and honestly for most of my life I

had no clue. I never thought the moment to actually chose would come so soon. If you

would ask me when I was younger to the present time, the answer would drastically

change. I want to major in Education Administration, I never thought this would be the

truth. My passion for this came into effect upon entering high school. My first teacher,

Mrs. Eidell, an energetic and creative teacher and certainly the most unique one I have

ever had. The way she does her job with a passion and makes it interesting for her

student to be engaged hit me hard. Her impact on me made me realize that I want to do

the same. I want to be the impact on kids and make them more engaged in school to be

more successful.

I had to go through my childhood without that support for education leading me into bad

habits. I was ditching school, failing classes, but I had turned that around. This is not a

story of how I succeeded through a hard time, its to show where my passion comes

from and how I want to pursue that passion by being able to impact others and

changing their lives into the correct path. I can't stand the fact that there is teen who are

wasting their talents and not trying to follow their dreams into becoming someone in life.

From not knowing what to do with my life to now knowing what specific job I want for

myself in the future, shows the impact my environment had provided for me. Honestly, I

do not want anyone to go down the path that I have, I am not saying that I had the

worse situation, but I would like to be the support most kids do not have at home. It´s

my passion and my dream, they pay is not my concerm but more the impact I leave on

teens.
