immediately by an energizer to maintain in us the good condition of our body. After which
there was a short recap of the yesterday’s activity which was done by Mr. Maximo D. Igot, Jr.
Immediately after, one of the teacher’s in the person of Mrs. Grethel A. Jumoad, introduced to
us the EHRIS. She oriented to us about what is EHRIS, how to log in and what are the other
data we can find which needs important attention because it should be updated by every
teacher. After we were oriented the whole EHRIS portal, each of us started to filled out our
individual data, however, the said finalization of the said session is not easy to do especially if
the internet connection becomes slow. All of us experienced the delayed in updating our works
because of the slow internet connection. However, everyone works patiently and were able to
accomplish in filling out the complete information asked for us to update.

In the same day, the EsP also on how to make the Daily Lesson Plan were also
shortly introduced. And the rest of the time were consumed in making the DLP. The day’s

The whole morning was spent just to arrange the schedules of our respective loads.
In the afternoon, we made the encoding of our class program and teacher’s
load. Then around 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon we were introduced by a certain contract
telling us what are our obligations as teachers. After such discussions we did the signing.

the school’s DRR team who spoke to us about the different DRR updates.
Before we went home there was presentation of our outputs happened and it was

DAY 5

Shall we considered the last day the most exciting one? Yes we are
suppose to, however, there was a little problem, because our training design was not yet
approved. We are suppose to be in Tabuelan in one of the beaches there to hold our Team
Building session, but since there was no yet approval so we prefer to be in the neighboring city
to spend our team building session. We were in New Town beach resort somewhere in Lapu-
lapu City. We arrived the venue chartered a one unit Grandia van to accommodate all the
teachers . We arrived around 11:00 a.m. already and prior to our lunch we fixed our things and
lunch to the assigned cottage we rented. At exacltly 12 noon we ate a our lunch and
immediately we enjoy the sea water swimming under the heat of the sun. Around 2:00 o’clock,
we started our games so us to enjoy in our company spending together that time. First the
game was introduced and defined, then a grouping was made into two. Teachers that time did
their best for their group to win in every game facilitated. Mr. Igot was one of the facilitators
who introduced some of the games. You can see that the teachers seems like children on that
day yelling, laughing and acting like a child just to defend their group to achieve the goal of the
particular game.
Since there was a storm occured around 4:00, we decided to go home
because the area were we stayed was already windy. But still the memories we left behind on
that day were worth remembering.
