Explain:
- I think I need to work on self management because I need to
manage many aspects of how I do my work. For example, I need
to manage my time skills. This means doing wise deadlines and
fulfilling them so that I don't leave everything for the last
minutes. In this semester, I did apply deadlines that were
reasonable but I never accomplished them. This caused huge
amounts of work to pile up at the end of the semester.

- I think that i did consider my interest in developing a plan this semester
since I did assure to not assign too much work for myself in a short
amount of time. I d think that I still need evidence of growth in some
areas I struggled with because of the fact that I didn't oo much things to
prove dominance in those weaknesses. If I would have put more effort
and a change in challenging areas, I would have shown growth. The only
 evidence that I do have are my projects/work of this semester. I think
that improvement can be seen in my writing.

Explain: i think that I did a good job evaluating the areas of focus for
growth this semester since I did the goals in the beginning. I have
clearly analyzed the problems, yet I do not take action. I think that I
didn't choose the right resources to support my work since I could
have used stronger ones that would make a statement. I organized
and prioritized tasks with deadlines. Although many of my tasks were
late, I prioritized those that had been ignored for more time. I think
that overall, I could have made better and more responsible decision
makings which could have led to my growth as a student.
