I am currently working on my thesis entitled “EFFECTIVENESS OF

QUIPPER SCHOOL, A WEB-BASED APPLICATION TO GRADE 7
STUDENTS’ ENGLISH PROFICIENCY” as part of my requirements in my
degree Master of Arts in English Language Teaching at Mindanao State
University – Maguindanao.

Anent to this, I am writing to request for permission to conduct this study

among the Grade 7 students of Salunayan High School. My study would entail
the use of one (1) computer laboratory which will be used by the students who
will be exposed to the use of a Web-based application in language learning.
Should this request be granted, I assure you that the regular contact time with
the students will not be affected as the study will be executed only during the
ICL classes of the student respondents. Attached in this communication is the
matrix of sessions for your reference.
