Lesson Title

Group Members: Hadas, Mariana

Goals (What Will Students Know, Understand, and be Able to Do?):

Represent and solve problems involving addition and subtraction using a number line.

CA Standard:

Operations and Algebraic thinking 1.OA

Driving Question (Essential Question):

Can you add and subtract from a number line using numbers from 1-20?

Performance Assessment Evidence: (Will students write? Create Graphs? Discuss ideas?)
(Link your rubric into this section)

Students will work on a worksheet with different number lines.

Students will create their own addition/subtraction problem and represent it with a numberline.

Materials:

● Example worksheet. (A few examples can be done as a class)

● Different worksheets created by Hadas (3 in total)
