Ranch Dressing (yield: 6 cups)

2 cups sour cream


1½ cups mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Frank’s hot sauce
juice of 1 meyer lemon
3 oz dill, rough chopped
2 oz chives, chopped
1 Tbsp salt
scant ¼ tsp xanthan gum

1. Puree all ingredients except xanthan gum in blender until


smooth.
2. With machine on high, dust in the xanthan gum until
incorporated.
