COMMUNICATION

 English term 'Communication' has been evolved from Latin language. Communication
means something in common, communality or sharing.
 Some scholars relate the term communication with an English word community
(communities are supposed to be formed with the tie of communication).
 Communication is used as a noun in grammar, when we use the term communicate it
will become verb

 DEFINATION:
Communication is the process of passing information and understanding from one
person to another. In simple words it is a process of transmitting and sharing ideas, opinions,
facts, values etc. from one person to another or one organization to another.

 TYPES:

VERBAL COMMUNICATION NON-VERBAL COMMUNICATION

known as non-verbal communication.

 PROCESS:
There are following components used in the process of communication.

1. Sender
2. Encoder
3. Medium
4. Decode
5. Receiver
6. Feedback

 SENDER:

The person who start the process of communication by using verbal (by speaking or writing) or
no-verbal(by using gestures) means.

 ENCODER:

The information that is delivered is encoded by using different kinds of media which then in
return decode the information to the receiver.

 FEEDBACK:

If massage is perfectly conveyed to the receiver without any barrier or resistance then the
receiver will show positive feedback in the end but in case of presence of any barriers there will
be negative feedback.
