 Organized and managed office files and records and prepared file storage list to enable easy
access to files.
 Performed word processing of records and input documents in the computer for back up,
saved files and editing purposes.
 Performed different errands to different offices such signing documents for receiving files.
 Organized and maintained files and perform accurate filing system.
 Monitored and processed all records, forms and various other documents as per existing
procedures and policies.
 Maintained reports, records and various other documents for sorted out and bind them in
an organized manner for documentation.
 Coordinating responses to local consultations.
 Entertained and talked to guests formally to understand their need and inform appropriate
staff regarding guest requests for department.
 Maintained office phone list to help visitors and employees in all communication.
