Unique design of Showflat VT88

Showflat VT88 is located at 165 Thuy Van, Thang Tam Ward, Vung Tau City. This project is invested by An
Gia Group.

The architecture is inspired from the image of a woman’s skirt, that makes the showflat a unique design.
With the combination of 1,200m2 of glass partition/aluminum composite panels and 3D curved
aluminum box louvers, the showflat does not only display the softness but also presents the firm
structure of the building.

These are also expectations from the Investor for BM Windows because the project will require an
appropriate engineering and construction plans for the support system to elevate aluminum box louvers
with the total length of more than 1,200m.

BM Windows offered a solution to install the skeleton frame first by machining 2D pieces then
combining them as a frame. The louver bars will be connected in the last step to make it 3D, successfully
transmitting the ideas of the Investor.

Viettel headquarter can be seen as a special construction with many “the bests”, showing the difficulties
of the projects, not only technical, construction methods, quality of the materials, but also the rush
schedule for the project in just 2 months.

 Vietnam’s highest 4 layers semi-tempered glass: 11.7m

 All imported materials: Glass from USA, aluminum from France and accessories from G7
 Enormous construction volume: 13,000m2 unitized façade, 31,000m2 louver, 1,000m2 external
glass partition and other categories
 Unique design with eclipse shaped and Vietnam’s first level stratificated unitized façade system
 Complex varied details with decorating louvers ranging from 25mm to 400mm

At the moment, the project already finished 80% and is in finalizing stage, we are executing everything
at the same time. The project is expected to be handed over to the Investor by 31 May 2019.
