Present Continuous

The Present Continuous is formed with “to be” (is / are) + -ing

Note: the Present Continuous does not indicate frequency.

a) Describing a Photograph

In this photograph I can see two people, a man and a woman, relaxing at home in the sitting room.

They are sitting on the sofa; the man is wearing a T-shirt and jeans, he is drinking a cup of coffee. He is
looking at the woman and he is smiling. The woman is wearing a denim jacket and jeans and she is
giving milk to a baby on her knee
