This has reference to your inquiry regarding conducting Static load test and Lateral Load test.
According to that enclosed herewith quotation for the same.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. GST (GST No:- 24ABJPV8799H1ZP) as per Govt. rules shall be charged extra on all the
above cost and shall be paid with invoice.

2. No any retention will allowed except TDS, as we are the consultants.

3. Payment Terms: 50% advance along with work order and balance after completion of
testing before submission of the report at every phase of testing.

4. The final report along with analysis and relevant conclusions shall be made available to the
client within seven days from the date of final completion of testing program subject to
clearance to commercial issues.

5. We reserve the right to cease work if payments are not met as per our conditions.

6. The testing equipment mobilized to site for conducting test is the sole property of GEO
DYNAMICS and should be handed over to the authorized representative, as and when
required by the testing agency.

 7. The technology forming part of this proposal is offered by GEO DYNAMICS and accepted
by the client/contractor in an atmosphere of goodwill. it is in this mutual goodwill and co-
operation that the disputes or differences either as to the specific performance on the part
of GEO DYNAMICS or withholding of payment to GEO DYNAMICS by the client/contractor
on that ground are resolved by mutual negotiations across the table without having
recourse either to arbitration or to court.

8. The quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of quotation submission.

9. Payment shall be made by DEMAND DRAFT/CHEQUE only in favour of “GEO

DYNAMICS” payable at Baroda through courier.

Static Load Test Requirements

TEST SET UP ARRANGEMENT IN SCOPE OF CLIENT

1. Clearance of test location including necessary excavation and site preparation.

2. Dewatering arrangement if required.
3. Arrangement of electricity and water for overnight test.
4. Necessary power supply for welding etc.
5. Preparation of temporary support or any reaction pile.
6. Safety of our equipment tools & tackles.
7. Tent and sitting arrangements for personnel.
8. Reaction piles to be executed by client as per the design.
9. Pile head is to be developed by client as per design.
10. U-Hook is to be provided by you as per the exact measurements free of charge.
11. Power for welding and pumping unit is to be provided by you.
12. Crane for loading/unloading/placement of girders to be provided free of cost.
13. Proper access to ensure our girders/trailer to reach pile point shall be arranged.
14. Road permit as required to be made available for entry/exit of equipment.
15. Labour required for testing.
