Narrative Report :

The Grade 11 STEM Courage is under the advisory of Jerom B. Canayong, a Senior High
Teacher. All of the students were tested and evaluated by all subjects from first quarter to fourth
quarter. The results of all assessments state that all the students of this grade level passed and are
promoted to Grade 12 (Senior High) 1st Semester but the GWA of the following were not
generated as they have not yet complied with the necessary requirements for each subjects (PE,
21st Century Lit. & Practical Research) during 2nd semester:

The students have already been reminded about their lacking requirements in their
respective subjects and are yet to comply, hence, as of this report, the revised initial grades were
not included in the computation.

The following information above signifies that the students have low academic
performance. This has been reported by the adviser to the parents seeking for assistance to
address this observation. This evaluation implies to be emphasized by the teachers and most
importantly by the parents.

Narrative Report

The culture of Saint Mary’s College of Catbalogan (SMCC) when it comes to

transparency of pupils’/students’ academic performance has been profound during the
distribution of report card a week after every quarter examination. It is also being discussed to
parents on how their student (child) is being evaluated. During Parents’ conferences, it is the
advantage of the two parties (parents & teachers) to know and share regarding the students’
behavior and academic performance.
Most of the conference of the teacher/adviser and parents are about the issues on how the
learners behave inside the school and the learners’ academic performance. This usually leads to
consultation on how they can help the learners improve their behavior and academic
performance.
The following are the list of parents who have gone meeting the adviser of Grade 11
STEM Courage. They had the same purpose of meeting the subject teachers) to be able to know
the performance of their students in other subjects and to follow up and to make an early action
to avoid unnecessary problems in the future.
