on 17-04-2019 at 9.30 AM. Their attendance will be marked there. Thereafter they will be
taken to assembly constituency
mentioned in para 1 above for performing election duty there. Direction regarding collection
of polling material and
returning it at the Collection/Dispatch centre will be given by R.O / A.R.O of the above
mentioned constituency.
4. You are entitled to cast your vote by postal ballot for which you may apply in FORM-12
which is available with the A.R.O.
For applying postal ballot please bring your EPIC card and appointment order Xerox on
training date. However request for
PB is to be sent to the Returning Officer of the constituency where you are registered as an
elector.
5. You are cautioned that failure to report for election training, mustering and election duty
given above shall attract
cognizable penal action u/s 134 of RP Act 1951 and immediate FIR will be registered against
 you and disciplinary action
will also be initiated under relevant provisions of service rules.
6. Polling party numbers will be intimated the polling station numbers at the time of
dispersal of polling parties
7. Please bring 2 passport size photographs attested by your office head for fixing on the ID
card while coming for training.
8. While coming for training, please bring your Bank Passbook zerox copy along with correct
bank account number, IFSC
code and bank branch details to facilitate direct payment of remuneration to your account.
