Shell
RCC frame structure as per IS requirements with ma-
sonry partitions. The height of each floor from slab
to slab is 2.9 m (9’6). All concrete work in Ready-Mix
Concrete (RMC) of required strength formed using
film-faced shuttering grade plywood. Steel beams
are used at double height cutout to give an open, light
feel.

Walls are made with Horizontally Perforated Clay
brick masonry from Wienerberger.
