This LOAN AGREEMENT is made this 23rd day of April, 2019. BETWEEN
Mr. Benson John of Marg 45 Vansant Vihar, New Delhi. India. Herein referred to as
“THE LENDER” of the one part.
AND
Juwadi of PT. LENSA UTAMA,Indonesia. Herein referred to as “THE BORROWER” of the
other part.
LOAN AGREEMENT

This chamber assures you that as far as this transaction is concerned we are
going to put our possible effort to be enormously sure that this transaction is perfectly
successful.
As an attorney, I have to advice my client to be obeisance to the rule and
regulations involved in loan transaction in India.
LOAN TERMS

Loan Amount Needed: $100,000,000.00

Loan Interest Rate: 2%
Loan Term: 15 years
Monthly Loan Payment: $643,508.70
Number of Payments: 180
Cumulative Payments: $115,831,566.12
Total Interest Paid: $15,831,566.12
 Loan Agreement / CONDITIONS:

(1) For security reasons, this company is an insurance cover in case

of future loss. So loan will be secured.

(2) The applicant will begin loan repayment at the end of each month
From 6 months after the loan has been transferred.

(3) You have 15 Year to repay the loan and our interest rate is 2%.

(4) You have to make a monthly payment after receiving the loan.

(5) Failure to repay the loan at this expected date / period, legal actions
to be taken against the applicant by our attorney immediately.

(6) An applicant who is unable to meet the repayment will be in 2

Weeks plus a grace period before legal actions will be taken.

(7) You are only responsible for the transfer of the loan.

NOTE: The borrower is required to pay for the Cost of Bank to Bank Transfer charge

which is $450. All without notice to or consent of any the undersigned and without

affecting liability of the undersigned here under.The Undersigned reserve every

right to sue the writer of this note and the lender, If Fund/Loan is not received
within the stipulated period as promised by the terms.
