The location of the business is located at a strategic place where the density population is
high and ideal as the suppliers and distributors are nearby. Taman Perindustrian Tebrau is located
slightly near to the main port, Tanjung Pelepas all the raw materials and components can be
transported easily into the factory. The location also is known as the center for variety of services
which is important to attracted more customers. With near to the market place, the company can sell
the products to the dense population of Johor community.

This company consists of two main building to organize the management and manufacturing
of the products. The management building organize all the business planning and the distribution of
the products to the customers. The manufacturing building is purposely to assemble the components
and provide maintenance to the products.
