14. Process Program Control

14-1 Process Program Detail
1.Recipe Number is send <PPID>.

2.When <PPBODY> is sent by S7, F3 (Process Program Send), operation recipe and the setting
recipe of the recipe number is changed, and stored in SRAM-Card. But, to stored into flash card.
Manual operation is required.

3.When <PPBODY> is required in S7, F5 (Process Program Request), the current recipe is not
changed, and the data stored in SRAM-Card is sent.

4.Equipment receives S7, F3 (Process Program Send), S7, F5 (Process Program Request) in the
condition where the equipment is in “safe” condition.
That is the equipment is in only IDLE or READY.

5.When Equipment receives S7, F3 (Process Program Send), S7, F5 (Process Program Request),
the equipment becomes MANUAL condition at recipe writing or reading, and after the
writing/reading returns to the original condition.
But, in the case that 10.WaferSize or 3.WaferType etc., is changed by S7, F3 (Process Program
Send) In before/after program send, Equipment status returns to IDLE surely.
