APPOINTMENT OF ANTONITA M. GALEON AS TRUSTEE OF MARAGANG ALLIANCE

CHURCH FOR PURPOSE OF OPENING AND MAINTAINING SAVINGS ACCOUNT AT
AIMCOOP, INC., DUMALINAO, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR

Resolution No. 2018-01

WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2017-01 dated November 12, 2017 was issued by the CMT Presidents
of Maragang Alliance Church (Church for brevity) wherein Antonita M. Galeon as Church
Treasurer and Gilberto D. Huelar as Church Elder were designated and authorized to sign
Deposit and Withdrawal Slips and to actually deposit and/or withdraw money collected for
Church project purposes;

WHEREAS, to effectively manage the finances and property of the Church and to ensure that the
Church is compliant with any legal requirements for the opening and maintaining of Savings
Account at any available bank, at least one (1) trustee shall be appointed by the CMT Officials of
this Church;

RESOLVED THAT, with the geographical location of the Church, the nearest available institution
offering banking services/ savings account services is the AIMCOOP, Inc. located at Dumalinao,
Zamboanga del Sur;

RESOLVED THAT, Antonita M. Galeon is hereby appointed as Church Trustee who shall have the
following functions/responsibilities:

1. To open a bank account, particularly Savings Account with Passbook, at AIMCOOP, Inc.,
Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur, in the name of Maragang Alliance Church, Brgy.
Maragang, Tigbao, Zamboanga del Sur;
2. To name ANTONITA M. GALEON and GILBERTO D. HUELAR as persons authorized to sign
Deposit and Withdrawal Slips and to actually deposit and/or withdraw money collected
from tithes, love offerings, church building fund and other financial church collections;
3. To have the custody of the Passbook referred to in #1 for safekeeping;
4. To keep updated with the savings and ensure that the maintaining balance required for
the savings account has been complied with; and
5. Other acts that would aid the management of funds of the Church.

We, the undersigned, hereby certify that Maragang Alliance Church CMT officers, constituting
a quorum, were present at a meeting duly and specifically called, convened and held this 25 th
day of February 2018 and that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted at said meeting by the
CMT officials, and is in full force and effect.
