JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

WE, LUZVIMINDA G. BALDELOVAR and ELEUTERIA T. VILIRAN, both of

legal age, Filipinos and residents of Habitat 2 Bajumpandan, Dumaguete City,
Philippines respectively, having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby
depose and state that:

1. We personally know the person of CIRILO PAJUNAR ABESTANO, JR.

because we have been neighbors for more than two decades already.

2. We know for a fact that the person by the name of “CERILO PAJUNAR
ABESTANO" appearing in the the latter’s record with the Social Security
System (SSS) refers to one and the same person named “CIRILO
PAJUNAR ABESTANO JR.” appearing on his Certificate of Live Birth;

3. We are neither related to her by consanguity nor affinity.

4. As such, we execute this Affidavit to certify or attest to the truth of the

foregoing facts and for whatever legal purpose that this Affidavit may serve.
