Draft Job Description

 Acts as a liaison between the developer and its communities and salespersons.
 Primarily attends to the queries, concerns, and complaints of the buyers, homeowners,
brokers, and agents
 Conducts orientation of policies, and processes including but not limited to payment
procedures upon turnover of units and policies for house improvements
 Ensures that the staff they will hire for ISRDC will be educated with ISRDC’s procedures,
products, projects, and any other information that will be beneficial for selling
 Ensure that all agents that will be representing their marketing will need to be registered
 Provide regular updates and reports to the company on all activities
 Conducting due diligence on prospective buyers and staff or people representing the
company
 Other administrative or marketing duties that may be assigned from time to time
 Weekly meetings or meetings 2x a month for updates
 Manage the preparation and submission of documentary requirements for in-house, pag-
ibig and bank financing and other requirements for regulatory compliance
 Report to the company monthly or during meetings or as requested as soon as possible.
 Assist in creating marketing materials, sales maps, price lists, streamers, office supplies,
and events with the approval of the company
 Assist in creating and implementing a strategic program including policies and
procedures based on the company’s direction and objectives.
 Maintain the inventory of sold and available properties and document the entire sales
process covering booking, reservations, payments / financing, turnover and final
occupancy of units which shall be regularly updated and reported to the company
 Weekly reporting and monthly summary of all properties and activities
 Deposit in the company account and coordinate with the company all the payments
 Conduct background checks of any staff and reported to the company. The company
shall have a copy of the staff documents and also the company will approve the hires.
 Handle personnel recruitment selection, placement, evaluation,
 Manage and maintain personnel / individual records for attendance, tardiness, absences
and derogatory records
 Establish/ enhance and administer company policies and guidelines on all administrative
processes for training and career development
 Ensure that the salespersons are properly trained and briefed on company rules and
regulations
 Ensure that salespeople representing the company are approved or accredited by the
company
 Recommend training and seminars to enhance capabilities and competence of
employees
 Manage the collection and distribution of funds for commission and etc
 Update accounts, billing & collection and other documentation required
 Communicate any significant changes and updates in the property
