Overview:
“The Care Cosmetics Store” is a wide varitied place where you fulfil
all your cosmetic needs.

Executive Summary:
“The Care Cosmetics Store” is also a retail outlet where different
cosmetics,perfumes,toiletries and personal grooming products are
sold.It also provides you with all facilities of skin care and other body
beauty equipments.

Location:
The store will be located at the front entering place to Haripur near
Havelian.The land will be of one hundred fifty square yards
previously occupied as a General store.

Legal Entity:
The land is basically in the ownership of Abdul Waheed which he got
from his paternal siblings.The business will be partnerally shared by
Abdul Waheed and Adnan Khan.

Owners’ Qualification:
Abdul Waheed has an experience in cosmetics product
manufacturing while Adnan Khan has a diploma of beauticianary and
has experience in make-up art.

Mission Statement:
“To provide those products which are beneficial for human body and
its beauty”.

Business Goal:
Our business goal as a standard and licensed cosmetics,beauty and
fragrance store business is to become the number one choice of the
residence in the whole of the communities where we intend to open
our stores.

Products Sold:
We are set to retail a wide range of products which includes;
Hair care
Shower products
Cosmetics
Skin care products
Fragrances and perfumes
Nail care products
Deodorant
Shaving products
And much more varieties for child and all aging groups.

How We Achieve Our Goal:


We will strive to achieve our setted goals by doing following subjects;

1. Providing best cosmetic products which are new and are not
harmful.
2. By creating an environment of gratitude which helps both
customer and the owners.
3. By providing such services and products so that the customer
would not hesitate to buy second time at our store.

Financial requirements:
The working of the business will be divided into two stages.
1. Requirement of the finance for the setting of Cosmetic
store.As the working place was previously occupied as a
General store,so the place will require some new
adjustments.For this purpose,about 8 lacs are needed which
are fulfilled by Abdul Waheed.He will pay this sum by selling
his 90 square yards property in Havelian.
2. In the 2nd stage,different products are to be bought.This part
of business will be done by Adnan Khan who is responsible to
pay about sum of 10 lacs.He will pay this sum by selling his
Mehran car.
3. Sculpture of about 5 lacs will be borrowed from a bank as to
met the other expenses and conditions.
Market Analysis And Research:
As we all know that market analysis is the basic key to run a
business efficiently.So for this purpose,we have done the
following home work.
Why This Place:
Cosmetic industry is increasing day by day, and its main using
group is female.We have selected Havelian because of some
reasons.The 1st reason is that Havelian is just located between
two main cities i,e Haripur and Abbottabad which increases its
formality.The place is present on GT road which is densely
running road in Pakistan and can be beneficial.The 2nd reason
is that the place is neighboured by Model Colony whose most
residents are rich and fashioned so can be profitable.
Why This Product:
Cosmetic business is increasing day by day. An approximate of
$4.4 billion cosmetic items were sold in last year in the whole
world.Also cosmetic and beauty products are used proficiently
in Pakistan especially by modern age group.An approximate of
$2.5 million cosmetic products are sold at daily bases.These
products are also used extensively during weedings and in
other functions for make-up.It has been noticed that these
products are much liked by rich people and a normal person
merely used it.
Promotion:
For promotion and advertising,we have set an approximate 50
thousand ruppees.Promotion will be done on social media,by
newspaper,and on special notes.Monthly awareness programs
are organized in order to promote our message and vision.We
will also create special accounts on Facebook, Twitter to give
our customer all those information which he demands from
us.We will send our volunteers door to door in order to spread
our business message.
Price:
We will sell our products at reasonable prices so that every
normal human could buy it.We will share our price menu
through social media so that everyone be informed with our
conditions.We will also introduce special sales,discounts and
services on different occasions.We will try to use those prices
which are affordable by the customer.

These persons will be used to run the business initially.
Our Services:
We will introduce Home delivery service 1st time in our region
to satisfy our customers.
We will specially sell child products at very low prices.
Target Group:
Mainly our target group is female as they are more interested
in beauty products.But we should not ignore males as they
also satisfied with these products.

Our suppliers are fully trusted and registered by the
Government.The suppliers include:

These two firms are located near our firm and are our
competitors.We will try our best to overcome these firms with
our best administrative skills and conditions.
Future services:
We are planning our best in order to retain ourselves in the
market.For this we are working hard to present ourselves in
best way we can.For future functioning of the shop we will
provide high quality products,best environment and skilled
members. We will also render as said above a home delivery
service for our regular customers.
