The truth about generations: Why millennials aren't special snowflakes

People born between the mid-1980s and early 2000s are known as millennials

The people considered milleanianls are a new generation with a different thought to what
surrounds them. It is the digital generation that is called to change the world and because,
despite being the best trained, it is the one hit hardest by unemployment, which causes
them to relocate due to the crisis and its consequences, causing them to lack purchasing
power when have a total economic independence.

When the "millennials" were born, the world was already made in all its breadth:
infrastructures, digitalization and well-being surrounded them from all sides. They grew
up in an era of economic prosperity, all the result of the savings and effort of their
ancestors who lived in a world more complicated and poor than today, which helps them
in the ideal of always keeping their eyes on the future and thus be professionally and
personally through innovation and solidarity with others. Their idea is not to live to work,
they prefer to work to live without worrying too much about the salary in exchange for
work being more flexible if they have time for leisure. Among their work preferences are
new technologies due to their addiction to the digital world, using multiple devices and
channels to perform their daily activities
