    Prayers of the Faithful- 1st Day (Friday)

    Priest: The Father gives us his own Son as real food and real drink at this altar.
    We can ask him for all our needs, in Christ, the source of new life.

    All: Lord hear our prayer.

    1. That the Church may grow in appreciation of the Eucharist as the Bread of
    Life by celebrating the sacrifice of the Mass with greater devotion. Let us
    pray to the Lord.

    2. That as a community, we may not be idle in our life of faith but everyday
    seek God even in our difficulties and sufferings. Let us pray to the Lord.

    3. That families, especially our children, may grow in the ways of grace
    through the constant reception of the Eucharist. Let us pray to the Lord.

    4. That the sick particularly our sic volunteers may be strengthened in their
    faith by uniting their sufferings with the sufferings of Christ. Let us pray to
    the Lord.

    5. That our beloved dead especially Ampi Silva, Chit Cereneo, may have the
    eternal life promised by Christ. Let us pray to the Lord.

    Priest: Heavenly Father, you gave us the Body and Blood of your Son as food
    and drink for our journey. Grant that through our union him, we may be united
    with one another as members of his Body. We ask this through Christ our Lord.

    All: Amen.
    Frayers of the Faithful 2nd Day (Saturday)

    Priest: Christ brings us the words of eternal life and we believe. With that faith,
    we can confidently beseech our Father in heaven to hear the prayers of the
    community.

    All: Lord, hear our prayer.

    1. That the leaders of the church may follow the Lord with all their heart, mind
    and strength. Let us pray to the Lord.
    2. That the leaders of troubled nations may work tirelessly to bring peace and
    justice to their countries. Let us pray to the Lord.
    3. That we may realize that God gives us the greatest proof of his love in the
    abiding presence of the Blessed Sacrament. Let us pray to the Lord.
    4. That the sick and those suffering from lingering illnesses may find inner peace
    in the assuring words of Christ. Let us pray to the Lord.
    5. That the dead may experience the everlasting peace of Christ. Let us pray to
    the Lord

    Priest : Father, your Son has the words of life; we have nowhere to go but to
    him. Our prayers are offered in his name who lives and reigns forever and ever.

    All: Amen
