Hon. Vice Mayor Bob Roberto T. Casanova gave an

overview on the finances of the municipality and explained
the source of fund and nature of the proposed expenditures
after which he moved, jointly seconded by Hon. Kagawads
Palacio Yacapin and Manuel Hinlo, Jr., for the enactment
of the following appropriation ordinance:

Series of 1988

Be it ordained. by· the Sangguniartg Bayan, Malaybalay,

Bukidnon in session assembled, that:
Section 1. The amount of P680,094.26 from the BIR
allotment increase for calendar year 1988 be and is hereby
appropriated to cover the following expenditures:
1. '-later,Illumination and power
services, and telephone bills • • • "192,'000.00
2. Registration and insurance of
motor vehicles (2 units dump-
trucks and Mayor's caF) ••••• 7,120.10
3. Fire insurance of Municipal

Section 2. The Municipal ~udget Officer is hereby

authorized to prepare the necessary Supplemental Budget
furnishing copies thereof to the Provincial Budget ufficer
for review;
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon
its approval by the Municipal Mayor.

The committee recommended to the Hon. Municipal Mayor

to charge this to the 200/.Development Fund since the amount"
involved is very minimal.
