AFFIDAVIT OF NON-TENANCY

after being sworn according to law, hereby depose and state that:

1. I am one of the registered owners and the appointed Attorney-in-Fact, by virtue

of a Special Power of Attorney notarized by Notary Public _____________ as

the three parcels of Land covered by Transfer Certificates of Title Nos. ____,
____________, and _______ of the Registry of Deeds for Davao City, situated
in the Barrio of Tigatto, City of Davao, Island of Mindanao;

2. That the above properties have no tenant and free from liens and encumbrances;

3. That this affidavit is executed in accordance with DAR Administrative Order No.
2, Series of 2009 as well as to show proof that our landholding has no tenant and
is free from liens and encumbrances as requirement to support my request for a
Certificate of DAR Clearance.
