JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage the Denim Fabric development to get in a line brand aesthetic and innovation goals
cost and quality for potential Fabric quality; responsible for potential fabric quality
issues/risk and required to deliver manufacturing ready product for the brands.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


 Support Development at source activities to ensure fabric is reproducible in bulk risk
free.
 Collaborate with Fabric Manager in understanding Design/ PDS guidelines and
translating aesthetic requirement into fabric parameters that can provide
commercially viable product of mass production.
 Work with mills resolve technical issues during pre-production and production
(PERR).
 Work with mills counterpart to provide standards/processes risk analyze for new
fabric development and share with garments teams and garments Vendors.
 Fabric grids updated accurately with all appropriate info workshop, customers
samples (mills, costs, lead time, specification FA Code).
 Effective internal and external relationships to present and incorporate continuous
development of fabrics.
 Follow up in all development and production Data logs for KPI data integration.
 Drive the development and execution of the denim Product Strategy for the Brand.
 Partner closely with design and merchandising at all stages product life cycle.
