The Complainant and the Accused hereinbefore to submit as under –

1. That on the information of the Complainant Deepak thakur, the Police have registered a case
against the said accused Hina khan, Mr.Suresh tripathi (investigating officer) investigated the
case; and filed the Charge sheet against the said accused person’s u/s 320(7) of IPC, 1860.
2. That the complainant was going home after college on bike (Apache RTR 160) and accused was
going to donga in his Car (Maruti santro of black) he was driving rashly and negligently , they
met with an accident near Orange Tree restraunt at kandoli - Bidholi road and complainant had
a fracture in his right hand.
3. That the Complainant and the accused hereinbefore, have decided that they shall forego the
past incident and would restore their status quo prior to accident and does not want to continue
with legal battle. Complainant therefore, is not desirous of pursuing with his Complaint against
the said accused.
4. That the offences alleged to have been committed by said accused are compoundable with the
permission of this Hon’ble Court. The accused is willing to pay 10000 (Ten Thousand only) as
settlement amount as a compensation to aggrieved party for the loss.
5. It is therefore, most humbly, prayed that the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to grant permission
to Compound the said offence, and be pleased to dispose of the case as “Compounded” and the
said accused be acquitted and oblige.

FOR THIS ACT OF KINDNESS THE APPLICANT AS IN DUTY BOUND SHALL EVER PRAY FOR
