To Whom It May Concern:

I have known Cierra Boyer for over three years and she has proven herself to be an
exceptional individual academically and socially. Miss Boyer earned the grade of an “A”
in my World History class her sophomore year. This is a testament to her ability to
understand, comprehend, and apply new information. She currently holds a 3.4 GPA and
acts as a model to other students through her participation, likeability, and hard-work.

For two years, Cierra has assisted me in my class by managing and inputting student
grades, providing students with extra help when needed, and improving the course
curriculum by suggesting class projects and ideas. Nonetheless, Cierra’s most valuable
asset is that she is a motivated problem solver. When she sees a problem, she doesn’t
wait for instruction on how to correct the situation; she thinks on her toes and solves it.
This is a fundamental skill that many people lack, but one that Cierra has. As an
assistant, her contributions are irreplaceable.

Rich Sandoval After college, Miss Boyer wants to teach elementary students. I’m not surprised. From
Social Science the moment I met her, she has shown the patience, social skills, and creativeness that will

be successful in whatever endeavor that she chooses to undertake in life. It is for the
